1. We had a very cooperative and amazing seller.
2. We had them move out.
3. We had the wood floors sanded and refinished.
4. We had our painter 
come in and paint the unit.

6. We had it staged by the top staging company in America.
7. We priced it right.
8. We marketed the heck out of the unit.
When sellers follow my advice, we handle the rest and they always get the best results!
