It’s is very interesting how in our LA & Beverly Hills Westside luxury real estate market, in higher the price ranges over $30 million sales are up 📈 43% to 44% compared to last year.
The lower the range sales are 📉 down 2% to 17% and overall in LA for all properties. Sales are down 34% the third quarter.
