area of L.A. The sellers were unsuccessfully on the market for 4 months with another broker and were very discouraged 
and upset. We listed the house 
and suggested a few minor changes to some of the rooms and sellers thankfully followed our advice. We were able to get the home SOLD for all cash 
and with a 14 day escrow. We are so thrilled for them and thank them for hiring us.
