That difference

not just in proximity, but in price.

It freaks a lot of people out.

You seem to be the opposite of it.

Yeah.

When you ask the question,

that didn't quite make sense to me

because the high end luxury

doesn't freak me out,

I feel very comfortable in that realm.

So people say that

I've never really heard that so much,

but it's interesting.

I guess people always have

fears of different things.
