We have been selling quite a few condos 🏢 lately and how did we do it?
We just sold this within a few days of going on the market representing the buyer & seller for over asking price.
1. We had a very cooperative and amazing seller.
2. We had them move out.
3. We had the wood floors sanded and refinished.
4. We had our painter 👨🎨 come in and paint the unit.
5. We had our cleaning crew come in and deep clean the unit from top to bottom.
6. We had it staged by the top staging company in America.
7. We priced it right.
8. We marketed the heck out of the unit.

Hey there, everyone.
It's closing day.
I always love closing day.
I think my buyers
and sellers like it too.
We just saw this gorgeous unit here
at Century Hill in Century City.
It's a complex of about 280 condos
and townhouses and single levels.
This is a single level unit
we listed it for a $1.499 million
and sold it in a couple of days
for over the asking price.
And we sold it to our own buyer.
How did we do that?
First of all I had a great seller
that followed all my advice.
We, first of all, got everything
out, moved them into another unit.
We then sanded all the wood
floors, refinished them to a nice
neutral, matte looking finish.
We then painted the entire unit
the walls, the
the floorboards, everything,
so it looks nice and fresh.
Then we had the unit professionally
cleaned by great cleaning crew.
And then we had it staged beautifully
by Meredith Baer and associates.
So when you create an environment
where it's walk in, move and ready,
light and bright and pretty
where people don't have to lift a finger.
People want to buy it
and they feel excited about it,
which is exactly what happened.
So congratulations to my sellers
who just sold this unit.

they bought in the complex.
And congratulations to our buyer
who just bought his first property.
