Frankly here in Beverly Hills and the Westside of Los Angeles you can only get a 2 bedroom condo or a small home that is a fixer. You have to pay the price to enjoy the Westside. However properties have come down in value 20% to 40% so there are opportunities today that have not been around for many years. Take advantage of them.
