It is being reported that the actress is selling her Benedict Canyon Drive property for more than double what she bought it for eight years ago. She picked it up for $2.3 million back in 200X. The home may be fancy but it isn’t massive. The five mil will only get you two bedrooms and two bathrooms but it does have landscaped gardens and a stone spa. Plus it “comes with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase and a gourmet cook’s kitchen.”
