Coldwell Banker Toasts Launch of New Luxury Identity at $48 Million Rolling Hills Estate in Los Angeles, California.

The Coldwell Banker® brand recently toasted the launch of its luxury identity, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury℠ program, at Hacienda de la Paz, the 51,000-square-foot mega-property in Rolling Hills, California, owned by John Z. Blazevich and Alexandra McLeod. Guests were treated to an evening of global luxury with champagne bars by Veuve Clicquot, luxury cars by Rusnak Maserati of South Bay and spa services by Burke Williams.

About 150 real estate influencers from Beverly Hills, Scottsdale, Las Vegas and as far away as Chicago and New Jersey explored the legendary grounds of the famed 8-acre Andalusian estate, taking in the awe-inspiring panoramic Peninsula views while mixing with the industry’s finest. Many of the luxury property specialists in attendance rank among the top luxury real estate agents in the world. Leaders from the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) — Cathy Izumo, president of the South Bay Chapter, and Nancy Uyema-Obando, president of Los Angeles Chapter — also came to experience the property firsthand.

“Hacienda de la Paz is truly one of the finest homes in Southern California, let alone the nation,” said listing agent Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Beverly Hills. “Once you physically experience the property, you are blown away by its beauty. We wanted to give Coldwell Banker leaders, as well as key influencers in the brokerage community and Asian community, an opportunity to experience this extremely private property for themselves.”

Epic. Spectacular. Historic. Priceless. Extraordinary. Magical. Grand. These are just some of the words guests used to describe the Palos Verdes property, as they enjoyed its charms throughout the evening. While sipping Veuve Clicquot bubbly and devouring bites by Distinctive Catering, they watched two professional tennis matches on the iconic property’s neoclassical indoor tennis court and the outdoor red clay tennis court. Guests were also pampered with mini-massages in the 10,000-square-foot Moorish hamam spa, and everyone happily departed with Burke Williams custom gift bags. Raffles included a 2017 Maserati Ghibli two-day extended test drive and an over-the-top gift basket from Clé de Peau Beauté’s Prestige Collection for lucky winners.

“It evokes different energies and emotions in different sections of the house,” described Beth Styne, vice president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles. “The detail and thought that went into creating the environments in each room ... you don't see that just anywhere. It's an incredible work of art. The quality is unparalleled. It's a true experience.”
