1. I must first release all of my fears, worries, concerns, and things that are incomplete in my life. Unless I free up the space in my mind, which can sometimes be a scary place, I cannot move forward in being the best I can be.
2. I have to really think about all the things I am grateful for. This list is usually a lot longer than the list of things I have to release. In spite of any current circumstance or condition, we all have so much to be thankful for and the we need to focus on that.
3. I need to set my intentions for the day, and I spend at least 27-30 seconds in silence visualizing and feeling the emotions of n=having received that intention. I have some great ones for today…what are some of your intentions for today?
This is an awesome daily exercise and no matter what is going on, it helps me to move forward and be the person I know I am.
