Full Time Assistant WANTED for Real Estate.

We are HIRING and looking for a full time career assistant. We want someone creative, organized and tech savvy Success Manager needed for busy & energetic assistant to help grow my business, and improve my client’s experience before, during and after the transaction.

Must be an organized, efficient & detail oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a Team & willing to pitch in where needed. Experience or license in real estate a plus. No selling involved, but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory & databases to create raving fans. Also: input listings, prepare for client appointments, service lead generation systems; coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar; tracking marketing data; prepare presentations; help write email campaigns and other marketing materials; enhance my social media presence; assist in blog posting; maintain and update my web presence; test and implement new ideas & strategies; & generally run office in efficient & productive manner.

I want someone that will support my mission, help enhance my professional image, improve my client’s overall experience, as well as make my life easier. If you know a short cut, a neat trick, a faster way to do things, a nicer way to display something, a more creative document to use with clients, I encourage you to share your ideas.

Requirement Full Time in Beverly Hills Mon-Fri.
