Immediately I thought this has to be a custom commissioned home. To my shock the realtor said it's a spec home. It's in a gated community called Lake Butler Sound and it's the most gaudy excessive home I have ever seen. This thing is going to sit on the market for several years just like updown court in London did listed around $140 Million. These kinds of homes should only be built by order. Even though there are a little over 1,000 billionaires worldwide, most would rather build exactly what they want. You're left with a small group who could afford such a home. The chances that they will want to live in that location and also like the basic flow of the design is slim. Good luck David. For your sake I hope it does sell. What a risk.
