A lesson in self expression from a young boy dancing. As I am enjoying my regular Sunday morning shopping at the Beverly Hills Farmer’s Market, I took a quick video of this little boy dancing his heart out to the music. It reminded me to take more of those previous moments to be self expressed and just enjoy life. I need to keep reminding myself to let the little boy inside me out to have fun and play more often.
