After 3 days at Tom Ferry’s Leadership Summit with 180 of the top real estate agents in North America, it is fitting that a group of Top Producers are here together at 8,500 ft at the summit of the San Jacinto Mountains. It is 17 degrees and we are overlooking the entire valley and the 7 ft of fresh snow.
